You can still participate via the Semi-Live online contest at SPOJ, run by Sphere Research Labs.
The online contest will have the same problems as the onsite contest and is open to all participants. The 5 hours long online contest will start on Sunday, November 27, 2011 at 10:30 h (GMT+1)
